James P. Flynn, RICP®

Jim is an investment advisor representative serving Federal Employees and their families on their path to retirement and beyond. For more than 32 years, Jim has been working specifically with Federal Employees throughout the United States. And, with 14 of those years working in Europe with U.S. Government Personnel and Government contractors, he developed a keen perspective on global economics. Jim has a broad understanding of CSRS, FERS, as well as Special Provisions (title five), Uniform Services and Judiciary retirements.  

Jim's approach is to educate Federal Employees on how their benefits work. From that vantage point, he is able to clearly explain how benefit decisions apply best to each individual. With numerous securities and insurance licenses, Jim is able to guide his clients on a clear path to their retirement goals. 

During his free time, Jim volunteers at a variety of events in the Cincinnati area. From volunteering with the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon and the Cincinnati International Wine Festival to the Tri State Volunteers, Jim is proud to be a part of organizations who donate their proceeds to a greater cause. Jim's appreciation of the arts has driven him to spend some time ushering at the Cincinnati Music Hall.
